Purchased new for a project, did not use it, and cannot return. Last two photos are of actual new part. Here is a from classic industries: dark blue steering wheel shroud reproduction of the shroud originally used on 1969 model's. The first photo is a stock.

Oer has manufactured this authentic reproduction to please even the most hard core restorer. This is a new, unopened blue steering wheel shroud that fits 69 Camaro, 69-70 Impala, and Nova. Did not want to open the package just take a picture.
